Eugene is the founder and owner of Core Dynamics. He has worked under Oakland Raiders Strength and conditioning coaches Brad Roll, Chris Pearson, and Chris Di Santo in the 2011 season. He is a former Divisional II baseball player from San Francisco State University and competed against top Baseball Prospects around the nation. At San Francisco State University, Eugene earned his Kinesiology Exercise Science degree with an emphasis in Human Performance Analysis. His program is an effective strategic program that will build strength, stability, and flexibility for all athletes. All lifts are designed specific to position in order to maximize each athlete’s performance to its highest potential. All specific lifts are costumed to the athlete’s sport, position, level of competition, and age. His technique is wanted by determined athletes looking to enhance their strength to be fully prepared for the season.
Co-Founder of Core Dynamics Fitness and Kimura CrossFit. Bernabe specializes in Olympic Lifting and strength and conditioning. Bernabe is a level 1 CrossFit coach, Certified Personal Trainer, holds a certification in Strength and Conditioning. Bernabe is in the United States Coast Guard and is currently assigned to Post Security Unit 312 in San Francisco.In the Coast Guard Bernabe has experience as an LE/MIL defensive tactics instructor and as has been assisting in coordination of fitness regiments for troops overseas and in the states. Bernabe also leads group and private PT sessions for our nation’s MilitaryMen and Women. As a fitness enthusiast Bernabe is very attentive to proper form and maximizing client physical capabilities with an emphasis in safety.
Gabriel Jimenez has not been involved in the fitness industry long, but what he lacks in experience he more than makes up for in dedication, persistence, and a desire for knowledge. He gained interest in fitness in 2010, and has not stopped learning and growing as an athlete. He was introduced to CrossFit in 2012 and immediately fell in love. That in addition to his passion to help others succeed was motivation for Gabriel to share his knowledge and to learn from the trainers at Core Dynamics. In addition to his time spent at Core Dynamics and the other CrossFit gyms in the Bay Area.

Regina Martinez is a Level 1 CrossFit coach and co-owner of Core Dynamics Fitness and Kimura CrossFit. Regina holds a degree in Communication from Holy Names University in Oakland, Ca. After five years of wasting time in standard gym settings, Regina was introduced to CrossFit in 2005 by a friend who was lucky enough to have trained with special forces members in Guantanamo Bay, Cuba. While serving in the United States Air Force and Coast Guard, Regina was the Unit Health Coordinator, establishing health and fitness standards, guidelines, and testing to ensure the troops were more than ready for their mission. Since then, Regina has been a softball coach for Chabot Community college, as well as an strength and conditioning advisor to Olympian softball silver medalist, Vicky Galindo, whom is the head softball coach at West Valley Community College.
